Usual shipping rates: 

Standard shipping

For orders $99 or less, shipping cost is $10.
For orders over $100, shipping is FREE
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, allow 2-8 business days for transit.  

 

Express shipping

$15 for all orders, transit time 1-4 business days.
