Playing Our Part
From the beginning, we've been all about creating products that are Mother Earth-approved.
We can always do more
We're totally aware of the importance of being kind to this awesome planet we call home. We've already made some major moves in the right direction, but we're not stopping there. We're constantly on the lookout for fresh ways to take things up a notch and make a positive impact. And it doesn't take much - we believe small steps lead to big change.
Sustainable sandalwood
Sandalwood is almost extinct out in the wild. But don't worry - we've got our own sandalwood plantation, so we're not putting any extra strain on the natural supply. Plus, since we grow our own stuff, we can make sure it's top-notch quality and keep track of where each batch of oil and powder comes from - all the way back to the source.
Animal cruelty is not cool
We're certified cruelty-free and vegan by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), which means we don't do any testing on animals, and none of our products have any animal-derived ingredients in them.
Natural state
Our products are 98-100% natural. The part that isn't natural is made up of a preservative system and a peptide, but don't worry they're totally safe for your skin, promise
Responsible packaging
Our boxes use responsibly sourced cardboard from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)
Our plastic bottles are 100% post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR). Tick
Our plastic tubes are 50% PCR. Still some work to do here
We're a member of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO)
We're committed to having 100% recyclable or reusable packaging by 2025
Clean-source
No nasties allowed. We don't mess with irritating stuff like parabens, PABA, EDTA, sulphates, propylene glycol, or anything that comes from petroleum. And we don't use synthetic fillers either - every single ingredient in our products is there to make your skin look and feel better. And all our products have passed Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing (HRIPT) to verify their safety.
